  • Delivery times
    All items ordered online by 24:00 on a business day, if available in stock, are shipped the following morning and delivered within 48/72 hours. All this is possible thanks to our logistics organization, able to handle a very high amount of orders per day, and thanks to the best logistics partners. For delivery times Saturdays and public holidays should not be considered.
    Delivery times higher than those indicated depend on impediments encountered by the carrier and should not be considered as binding for Wooden Carpet; however, in case of discomfort related to shipping, please contact our customer service who will carry out the verification and facilitate the delivery.
  • Receipt of goods
    On receiving the goods always adhere to the following:

    1. check that the number of packages received matches the number of packages specified in the schedule that you are signing.
    2. check the integrity of the package and in case of tampering and / or breakage affix the words “I accept with subject to control” indicating the motivation.
    3. in case of acceptance of the package with the phrase: “I accept with subject to control ” please take pictures in detail of the package before and after the opening of it and send pictures to ordini.woodencarpet@gmail.com.
      Only in this way it will be possible to make complaints to the carrier.
