Payment methods
“Wooden Carpet” offers its customers several payment options:
a) Credit Card through PAYPAL circuit;
b) Advanced Bank transfer;

- Advantages: receipt of immediate payment, total protection for the buyer, possibility to send money from anywhere in the world

Return and refund
In case of non-conforming goods, different to what it is stated on the website, the customer will be required to deliver the goods back to WOODEN CARPET, which will replace it and refund the shipping charges.
Non-conforming goods must be returned to the WOODEN CARPET in the days immediately following the delivery, after having sent an e-mail indicating the non-conforming goods and having received from WOODEN CARPET a confirmation e-mail.
Once the goods will be arrived at WOODEN CARPET, after a quick check, you will be returned with the proper goods or, if not available, you will receive the refund.

- All our national shipments are made by:
- Delivery times
All items ordered online by 24:00 on a business day, if available in stock, are shipped the following morning and delivered within 48/72 hours. All this is possible thanks to our logistics organization, able to handle a very high amount of orders per day, and thanks to the best logistics partners. For delivery times Saturdays and public holidays should not be considered.
Delivery times higher than those indicated depend on impediments encountered by the carrier and should not be considered as binding for Wooden Carpet; however, in case of discomfort related to shipping, please contact our customer service who will carry out the verification and facilitate the delivery. - Receipt of goods
On receiving the goods always adhere to the following:- check that the number of packages received matches the number of packages specified in the schedule that you are signing.
- check the integrity of the package and in case of tampering and / or breakage affix the words “I accept with subject to control” indicating the motivation.
- in case of acceptance of the package with the phrase: “I accept with subject to control ” please take pictures in detail of the package before and after the opening of it and send pictures to ordini.woodencarpet@gmail.com.
Only in this way it will be possible to make complaints to the carrier.

Application of the Sale Conditions
All orders to WOODEN CARPET via internet are governed by these Terms of Sale, issued in accordance with the current legislation on contracts made away from business premises. By placing an order you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Sale Terms.
WOODEN CARPET reserves at any time the right to modify these Sale Terms by posting a new version on this website.
The applicable Conditions of Sale are those in force at the time the order is placed.
- Orders
By placing an order through this website, you are eager to buy the products you have selected, in accordance with these Sale Conditions.
Once transmitted to the system, the orders can no longer be changed or blocked, so it is your responsibility to ensure their accuracy before confirm them.
For orders placed through this website you will be sent an email to the email address used during registration confirming the order just made. WOODEN CARPET reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse orders.
The data recorded by WOODEN CARPET will constitute proof of the order and for the entire transaction.

The price applied to the products you ordered are those showed on this website on the date you sent the order. These prices are VAT included.
Shipping costs are ALWAYS excluded.
WOODEN CARPET reserves the right to change its prices at any time and to cancel an order in the case of an evident error in the system or data.You can choose among the following methods of online payment: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Poste-pay), Pay-pal or bank transfer.
If you want to make a bank transfer, you’ll find this payment method in the options.
Together with the order confirmation you will receive our bank data needed to make your transfer.
Remember that transfers are normally confirmed 48 hours after the operation.Your order will be processed only when confirmed through a receipt by our Bank.
